Fleming, president, Riggs National Bank, and second vice presi- dent of the American Bankers’ Associ- ation, will represent the national or- ganization at the Financial Adver- tisers’ National Convention at Atlantic | City next week. The association, com- | posed of advertising executives of fhei country’s banks, investment firms and | other financial institutions, opens a three-day session at the Ambassador Hotel Monday The program, announced in full to- day, will be devoted chiefly to discus- sions on how to bring together a group of authorities in the public re- lations field. In special conferences commercial banking, savings banking, Investment banking and trust scr\k-e‘ will be discussed by specialists in these | fields. Mr. Fleming will open the Tues- q day afternoon session with an address | on “The Spirit of American Banking.” | Charles R. Gay, president of the New:>York Stock Exchange, will be | another speaker with a national repu- tation, his subject being “Public Re- lations and: the New York Stock Ex- change.” Robertson Griswold of the Maryland Trust Co. will consider pub- lic relations and the trust business, while W.
