HE Secretary of State was in| the notable company attending | the colorful and delightful luncheon given today at the | Mayflower Hotel by the Minister ‘of Bolivia, Senor Dr. Don Enrique Finot, in celebration of the 110th anniversary of the independence of his country. An informal reception preceded the function in the Pan-American room | during which time the national an- thems of Bolivia and the United States were played. The Bolivian flag was flown from the entrance of the hotel, and in the presidential dining room where the luncheon was served.
