RETIRED EMPLOYE OF PRINTERY DIES Howard Wakeley Youngs Entered Government Service as Mes- senger at 15. Howard Wakeley Youngs, for many years chief of the records section, Government Printing Office, died yes- terday at Washington Sanitarium. in| Takome Park, of paralysis. He had retired two years ago because of ill- ness. Mr. Youngs, & native of New York City, entered the printing office as a messenger at 15. In his more than 40 years of service he became acquaint- ed with many members of Congress through his handling of distribution of the Congressional Record. He was a member of the old Cham- ber of Commerce and the Washington Canoe Club. He lived at 912 Carroll avenue, Takoma Park. Mr. Youngs is survived by a brother, Lloyd, of this city.
