Hodgson lived an active I\Ie‘ after his retirement from the heating | equipment business several years ago. | His favorite recreation was bowling | and he kept it up until about five years ago. Hodgson belonged to a family of military men, his grendfather hav- ing served in the War of 1812 and his father in the Civil War, himself in the Spanish-American War al his son in the World War. He was born in the old Hodgson home in East Wachington on December 12. 1851, and at the time of his death he was the direct rep: ive of six gen- erations of his f all of whom lived in the Dis!
