C. reveals plans for broadcasting Saturday of the Dickinson mu- sical festival in New York, featuring 37 choirs comprising 1,200 singers from five States. The festival is designed to mark the seventh anniversary of the estab- lishment of the School of Sacred Music of Union Theological Seminary. Postponement of the banquet by the American-Lithuanian Soclety of Washington in honor of Lieut. Felix Waitkus until May 28 was announced today. It was first scheduled for to- night. Final arrangements will be completed at a meeting at the Wash- ington Hotel tomorrow at 8:15 p.m,, it was sald. Tentative plans call for staging the affair at the Washington Hotel oa May 28 at 8 p.m. Lieut. Waitkus is scheduled to take off on a non-stop flight from Floyd Bennett Field, N. Y., to Kaunas, Lith- uania, early next month. His plane | has been christened Lithuanica, 2d. NATIVES MEET FRIDAY BANKRUPT RULES MADE Bupreme Court Issues Orders on Administration. ‘The Supreme Court yesterday issued new orders to tighten the adminis- tration of bankruptcy laws in Federal District Courts. They included these requirements: The Treasury must be supplied copies of reorganization petitions filed by corporations and must be given 30 days’ notice of any court orders in cases affecting tax or other claims of the Government. Commissions of receivers, referees and custodians at all times snall be subject to the approval of the bank- ruptey court. The judge or a designated agent must countersign all checks or war- rants for the withdrawal of deposited funds and keep a record.
