By the Associated Press. A conference of sugar growers and distributors, including those represent- ing Cuba, was called today by admin- istrators of the farm adjustment act for June 27, when a program for early application of the farm law to price and overproduction problems of sugar will be analyzed. The conference will be conducted by Dr. John Lee Coulter, member of the Tariff Commission, who has been loaned to Secretary of Agriculture Wallace to aid in preliminary activities in working out a sugar plan. Meanwhile, the Tariff Commission, which has made a long investigation into sugar tariffs, has postponed indefi- nitely presentation of recommendations to the President at the suggestion of the White House. The tariff will have a relationship to the proposed agree- | ment to be worked out under the farm | act, and final action will not be taken until efforts to put an agreement into | effect have been explored. | Charles J.
