Mr. Van Overmeer, who served overseas with the Engineer Corps, will be buried to- morrow afternoon in Arlington National Cemetery following requiem mass at 9 yclock tomorrow morning in St. Aloysius Church. Mr. Van Overmeer graduated from Business High School here in 1913. At the time of his death he was national president of the Kappa Phi Fraternity and commander of the Greenwich Vil- lage Post, American Legion.
