Preparations have been made for one of the most momentous gatherings that has ever been held since the inception of the order. Aside from the regular business of the Great Council, to be con- ducted on a scale greater and more pretentious than ever — before, mafiy innovations have . On Tuesday evening inthe Bil more Theater, public exercises ate to be held. Also ‘a banquet has been arranged for the same night, in the McAllister Hotel din- ing room. Members of the Great Council, asembling from all parts of Flor- ida, will convene in the Red Men’s hall which has been ceded to the Degree of Pocahontas for this vc- easion. Headquarters will be at the Miami Colonial hotel. While the women folk are meet- ing, the men will also hold their convention. The Great Council of Red Men to assemble in Miami on the same dates. Tiger Tail Tribe 19, Improved Order of Red Men, of Key West, will be represented by Wallace Pinder, Past Great Sachem of the state; C. C. Symonette, W. 0. Sands, delegates, and Frank 0. Roberts, member of the financial committee, Members of Minoca Council re- cently made and presented to Mr. Pinder a great sachem’s cap. It is a gorgeous headpiece and the past great sachem says he will wear it with more pride and satis- fection than he has ever worn any- thing before.
