The present and prospective acute situation in Washington public schmls public relief and health conditions will be presented by Rev. Russell J. Clinchy, minister of Mount Pleasant Congrega- tional Church, tomorrow morning. He will speak on “The Crisis in Education, Heal%h and Public Welfare in the Dis- trict of Columbia.” The extent to which scientific methods ean be used in the study and applica- tion of religious principles will be dis- cussed at the Mount Pleasant Church Adult Forum at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning. The discussion will be based on an address by Dr. H. L. The program will be in charge of the boys of the church, with John Nolan presiding, Robert Knapp leading in prayer, and Chester Crawford reading the scripture lesson. Herman Hill, violinist, and ‘Wayne Hill, cellist, will play the prelude number, and Wayne Hill will play a cello solo for the offertory. The ser- mon will be preached by the minister, Rev. R. L.
