SOCIETY., SOCIETY With the President at the —White House Are Mr. and Mrs. Dall and Their Little Daughter. RESIDENT ROOSEVELT was joined yesterday by Mr. and Mrs. Curtls B. Dall and their small daughter “Sisty,” who to- day will be hostess to a group of her contemporafles to celebrate the sixth anniversary of her birth. The party will be held in the White House at 4 o'clock and the youthful guests will be entertained with motion pictures | and will spend some time inspecting | the new playground established under the historic trees of the south lawn of the White House grounds, where swings have been hung from the giant branches of trees and sand under gay awnings are bordered by bright green and red “fences.” Mr. and Mrs. Dall also were ac- companied by their small son, Curtls Roosevelt Dall, now 3': years old, who is familiarly known in the family as “Buggle,” lnd they will remain 10 days while “Sisty” Dall is on Spring vacation from kindergarten. Mrs. Roosevelt attended the dinner last evening given at the Commodore in New York as a testimonial to the new Secretary of Tabor, Miss Frances Perkins, the first woman to serve in | the cabinet. In the afternoon Mrs. Roosevelt attended the international flower show in the Grand Central Pal- ace, where she was a guest of the Hor- ticultural Society of New York.
