Mr. and Mrs. Jesse H. Jones have gone to_their home in Houston, Tex., ifor the holidays and will return to the Mayflower the latter part of the month. Mrs. Robinson Downey of Pennsyl- vania, who for many years has spent the Winter in Washington, has re- turned here to remain in her suite at the Willard until the week following Christmas. From the Capital she will go to St. Petersburg, Fla, where she will spend the rest of the season at the Huntington. Mrs, Perry Heath and her sister will also spend the rest of the season in St. Petersburg, where they have a cottage, ‘Mrs. Gibson Fahnestock left yester- day for Newport, where she will spend Christmas with her son and daughter- in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Snowden Fahne- stock. Dr. and Mrs. James A. Lyon will en- tertain at dinner tonight at their coun- try place on the Rockville pike. They have as guests over the Christmas holi- days Capt. and Mrs. Percy W. Foote, Miss Diane Foote, their daughter, and «Cadet Thomas Foote, their son, the lat- ter arriving from West Point. Princess Margaret Boncompagni will #ail from Europe December 21 aboard the Majestic and will arrive in Wash- ington December 30 to spend the rest of the season at the Mayflower. Lieut.
