Lee Files Suit in California. SAN FRANCISCO, December 2 (#).— Robert Lee Stephenson, jr., reputedly a descendant of Robert E. Lee, Confed- erate general, filed sult here yesterday for divorce from Mrs, Agnes MacKinley Stephenson of Santa Barbara, Calif. The charge was desertion. The complaint said the two were married December 8, 1926, in Santa Barbara.
