SOCIETY. :Secretary of State and Mrs. Stimson Have Arranged for Two Diplomatic Dinner Parties in December. HE Secretary of State and Mrs. Stimson have issued invitations for dinner Thursday evening, December 1, and will be hosts at dinner again Friday evening, December 9. The Ambassador of Japan and Mme. Debuchi, who left Japan on Armistice day, have arrived in Geneva, Where they will be until next week. They will go to London for a visit, sailing early in December for this country and arriving in Washington the middle of the month.
