BY FRANK H. McCONNELL, Associsted Press Financial Writer. NEW YORK, November 15.—With the bulk of this year's new financing ended for the public utility companies, investment bankers are now turning their sttention to 1933 requirements. A survey indicates that utility financing will be considerably lighter next year than this. A total of $304,- 454,000 of public utility bond moturities will come due in 1933, against $523,- 201,000 this year.
