The officials, Herman Koch, public administrator, and Chester Gannon, his attorney, said they hoped to find evidence in support of their- “pre- sumption” that Miss Millette was Bern’s legal wife. They also said they were secking a Mary Elizabeth Roody, traveling representative for an In- dianapolis magazine concern, who they indentified as Miss Millette’s sister.
