A short-sleeved waistcoat of linen with embroidered dots may be obtained either in navy blue or in bright orange with white dots. It is entirely hand-made and is distinctly reminiscent of the basques of our grandmothers’ day. The Spring suit will be glorified by this imported hand-made blouse of dotted swiss, with its short sleeves and perky tucked bows.
