By the Associated Press. NEW ORLEA] August 18 —Al though - three Governors of Southern States yesterday Huey P. Long's proposal for the assured of “overwhelming” support. The Louisiana chief executive is | asking Governors, lieutenant governors, Representatives and Senators from the cotton-growing States to meet in New Orleans Friday to discuss his plan to | ask the several legisiatures to rule out cotton next year and regulate produc- tion.
