Fitzpatrick Pleads Guilty to Housebreaking Charge Bowling Alley Theft. Pleading guilty to a housebreaking charge, Edward J. Fitzpatrick, 21 years old, of 417 Sixth street, was held for action of the grand jury under 32,000 bond when arraigned in Police Court yesterday in connection with a robbery | at the Convention Bowling Alley, 1317 B | street southeast, nearly a year ago. Fitzpatrick was arrested by Detective Sergt. H. A. Cole yesterday afternoon in on August 17, 1930, and stole $50 worth of cigars. Fingerprints found by Pvt. William R. Enyard of the Detective Bureau on a2 window pane which the intruder smashed to gain entrance to the building led to the arrest of Fitz- patrick when compared with the rec- ords at the jail. The prints at the jail were taken when Fitzpatrick was sentenced to serve three months for stealing an overcoat from an automobile in Potomac Park on August 18, 1930.
