De Witt, the quartermaster general of the Army, has awarded contracts to Lee T. Twner of this city for $39.870 for con- strycting an administration building, fi:}flmg house, heating plant and green- ouse in Arlington National Cemetery. W. W, Keenan and H. R. Graves of Charlottesville, Va., cbtained a con- tract for $11,937 for a superintendent’s tottage at, the cemetery. ‘The National Oonstruction Co., & Yocal firm, was given a contract for $285.999 for constructing eight ' double company officers’ quarters, seven double non-com ned officers’ quarters and one four-family apartment at Fort Monmouth, N.
