LURAY, Va., April 8—David Sours, on trial here for the past eight days on a charge of murdering Edward Bur- racker, was acquitted last night after three hours' deliberation by the jury. The verdict was returned at 11 o'clock. The case was turned over to the jury shortly before 9 o'clock, and after de- ating for two hours it reported to Bertman inability to-reach a verdict. The court ordered the jurors o the jury room, and after considering the | turned the “not guilty” verdict.
