Examination for two positions were announced today by the Civil Service Commission. The tests will be for the posts of assistant technical review editor of the material division, Air Service, at Wright Fleld Dayton, Ohio, and associat cytologist of the Bureau of Plant Industry at Riverside, Calif. The former will pay from $2,600 to $3,200 a nually and the latter from $3,200 to $3,800. HELD FOR JURY Mexican Is Ckarged With Passing Forged Check. Charged with passing a forged check f $196, Jose A. Gaxiola, 35 years old, a Mexican, was held for the grand jury yesterday under $2,000 bond. He was c! with presenting the check to Ben Greenburg, a jewler, on January 29, for the purchase of jewelry. The name he is alleged to have forged is that of Dr. Jose Cercero of 3618 Con= necticut avenue, said to be connected with the Pan-American Union. He was arraigned before Judge John P.
