James E. Freeman, Bishop of Washington, officiating, the new bulidings of the Episcopal Home for Children will be dedicated Satur- day afternoon at 3 o'clock. The guests will be taken on a tour of inspection after the ceremonies by Mrs. Davig Meade Lea, president, and the other members of the Board of Lady Managers. They will be shown the new administration building, boys’ and girls' dormitories and the sites for the infants’ building and infirmary.
