Malbran, yesterday made the presentation of a gold medal to the former Secretary of State, Mr. Prank B. Kellogg. he medal was awarded to_Mr. Kellogg by the Olive Branch of Buenos Aires for his efforts toward peace and is the highest honor which this organization can pay. The presentation was made in the home of Ambassador, at 1500 New Hamp- shire avenue, in the presence of the members of the embassy staff, and Mr. Kellogg was accompanied by Assistani Sccretary of State, Mr. Francis White. ‘The Minister of Rumania, Mr. Charles A.
