LONDON, September 18.—While the exact date of the census that will be | taken in this country next year has not | yet been fixed, it is expected that a | Sunday in March or April will be| chosen. Already preliminary arrangements are being made for this task, which will re- quire the services of some 40,000 enu- merators and will cost nearly $2.500,000. The work will be conducted under Syl- vanus P. Vivian, C.
