ARCHITECT SESSION American Institute Secretaryf Named by President for Trip to Hungary. Frank C. Baldwin of this city, secre- tary of the American Institute of Archi- tects, has been named delegate for the United States to the Twelfth Inter- national Congress of Architects, to be | held at Budapest, Hungary, September 7 to 14, it was announced today by, the American Institute of Arhitects. The designation of Mr. Baldwin was made by the President through the SLaQP‘ rtment. | acceptance by the International | Permanent Committee of Architects of | the invitation of the Hungarian gov- ernment and of the capital of Buda- pest to hold the congress there was | made known early this year. The Royal Neighbors of America, & benevolent organization, has asked the District Supreme Court to deter- mine the adverse claims of Mrs. Mae J. Gibson, 3100 Connecticut_avenue, and her brother, Thomas F. Patterson, 505 K street northeast, as the beneficiary of a policy of $1,000 on the life of their mother, Mary J. Patterson, who died at Hyattsville May 10. The company says it is willing to pay the money, but will not decide which one of the claimants should receive it.
