A meeting of the Presidents' Club was held at the home of Mrs. Helen M. Kennicutt May 28, with M. Gertrude Keys, Minnie Lochboehler and Mrs. Kennicutt acting as hostesses. The last meeting of the department auxiliaries for this administration was held June 4, with Department Presi- dent Louise Moore presiding. WILLARD TAKES OVER COMMAND OF FLEET Former Navy YIIrd Commander Relieves Vice Admiral Cole Aboard U. 8. 8. Wyoming. ‘The Navy Department was officially advised yesterday that Vice Admiral Arthur L. Willard has hoisted his flag on the U. 8, S. Wyoming, as commander of the Scouting Fleet, relieving Vice Ad- miral William C. Cole. ‘The ceremony took place yesterday at the New York Navy Yard, where the Wyoming is at present. Admiral Wil lard left Washington on Thursday, re- linquishing his post as commandant of the navy yard here to Capt. Claude C. Bloch.
