June 14 (P)—The war department yesterday took into its Jurisdiction all armed agrarian units and other irregular armed forces of the country, thus creating a federal reserve force estimated at 150,000. ‘This is in addition to the army, which has about 60,000 men. Pringle and Howard W. Green. The unemployed between April 1 and 15 was listed at 41,343 persons, in- cluding children, if they had previously held jobs, but excluding those idle be- cause of physical or mental defects.
