Freeman, in the Bethkhem Chapel of Washington Cathedral on Washington's birthday, at 8 a.m., ac- cording to an announcement made to- day by H. Lawrence Choate, national presldem of the brotherhood. It is ex- pected 100 men and 50 boys in the Junior Brotherhood will attend.
