C: REALTY MEN AT ROCKVILLE HALTED Cases of Operators Accused of Fail- ing to Procure Business Licenses Indefinitely Postponed. Special Dispatch to The Star. ROCKVILLE, Md., December 10.— ‘The cases against two Washington real estate operators, who were scheduled to appear in the Police Court here this morning to answer charges of failing to obtain licenses to sell real estate in Montgomery County, were imZefinitely postponed yesterday and Thomas A. Gilleece, State license inspector, who| preferred the charges, announced that amicable adjustments are under way and that the cases would probably not be pushed. The law provides a penalty of $10 a month after the first month and renders the delinquents liable to indictment and prosecution. The annual license fee is $25. Queen Ends Vacation.
