NG _STAR, WASHINGTON, EIGHT LOSE LIVES IN APARTMENT FIRE Two Others Are Seriously In- jured When Flames Level Winnipeg Building. By the Associated Press. WINNIPEG, Manitoba, September 2. ~—Eight persons lost their lives and 10} others were seriously injured in an apartment house fire here yesterday. ‘The dead intluded several women and children.
