The foregoing being the persons named in said petition. and all persons havigg or claiming to have any right, title, interest or esiate in the lands hereinbefore described, or to be entitled to compensation in respect of the taking of the same for public use. and all persons occupying or in possession of the same, be. and they hereby are, required, cited and somonished to appear in this court on the 23rd day of September. 1929, at 10 o'clock a.m., to answer said pefition for the condemnation of said lands and to make claim for the compensation to which they deem themselves entitied. Provided, however, and it is further order- ed that a copy of this order of citation be published once a week for three successive weeks in The Evening Star and the Wash- ington Post, respectively, newspapers of gen- eral circulation published in the District of Columbia, and also once a_week for three Washington Law Reporter, the first of said publications to be not later than the 19th day of August. 1929, And it is further ordered that a copy of this order of citation be served before the return date hereof by the United States marshal for the District of Columbia, or his | deputies, upon each of the persons named herein Who is. 80 far as ascertainable by re sonable inauiry, residing or sojourping with. in the District of Columbla. or can be found by said marshal, or his deputies, within said District.
