A New By the Associated Press CHICAGO, June 5—Proposed cen- sorship of radio broadcasting and leg- islation to make broadcasting stations common carriers, was denounced yester- day by Willlam 'S. Hedges of Chicago, president of the National Association ©of Broadcasters.
