INVITED TO MEET HERE. Baptist Convention May Hold Next Session in Washington. An invitation has been extended by | the Baptist churches of Washington to the Southern Baptist Convention to hold its next annual meeting in this city, it was announced today by Rev.| Henry W. Millington, 1734 P street, ex- ecutive secretary of the Association of Baptist Churches. The convention will meet this year at Memphis, Tenn, on May 9. The meeting place for next year will be among the questions to be determined then, and it is believed that the invita- tion to assemble in Washington next May will be accepted.
