WOMAR MY TELL KOMPING SERETS Sensational Testimony - Ex- pected in Judge Hardy’s Impeachment Trial. By the Associated Prest. SACRAMENTO, Calif, April 12.— Senszational . testimony for the prosecu- tion in the impeachment trial of Su- perior Judge Carlos 8. Hardy was ex- pected from Mrs. Lorraine Wiseman- Sielaff, after her programmed arrival here today from Seattle. Mrs. Wiseman-Sielaff, who figured as 2 prosecution witness in the conspiracy hearing of Aimee Semple McPherson two years ago, recently made an affida- vit saying Judge Hardy had negotiated with her to produce a “Miss X" in the McPherson case who would ‘“admit™ beinfs in the companpy of Kenneth G. Ormiston, radio operator, at Carmel, Calif. The State charged that Mrs. McPherson was Ormiston's companion and that her kidnaping story was false. Judge Hardy is accused of acting il- legally as attorney for Mrs. McPherson and of obstructing justice by defending her kidnaping story. Testimony already has been presented indicating that Mrs. Wiseman-Sielaff conferred with Mrs. McPherson about the “Miss X" ar- rangement, while the evangelist’s story was under fire and that she (Mfs. | Wiseman-Sielaff) was directed to confer with Judge Hardy.
