ROLLERS GET SATURDAY LISTING Jacobs-Smith Doubles Team First Capital Entrant to Take Drives. CHEDULES for the first week of competition in the second annual champlonships of the National Duckpin Bowling Congress, open ing on the Health Centre alley: fn Richmond, next Monday, list many ‘Washington duckpinners. Eighteen five-man teams and nine two-man teams and 11 singles rollers of the Capital will shoot at the little maples during the opening week of the | tournament, as will 18 woman’s doubles | teams, 15 teams of five women each and 36 woman singles entrants. No district entrants are carded to bowl the opening night, but Tuesday the doubles team of 8. H. Jacobs and William Smith is down for action, as are several five-man teams of this city and nearby Virginia. Saturday, however, will be the big day of the week for the Washington duckpinners, both men and women. Many teams of the Typothetae League will roll and leading woman perforemrs of this city will take the drives in singles, doubles and team competition.
