TONING CHANGES ASKEDATHEARNG Straightening of Skyline at Sixteenth and K Most Im- portant Proposal. The zoning commission met this morning and considered 13 proposed changes in the zoning regulations, the most important of which is designed ta straighten out the skyline at Sixteenth and K streets. Real estate dealers appeared in sup- port of an application tc extend the K street building height from 90 feet to feet. The properties involved are reet, on the north side, and 15 on the south side.
