PROFESSOR TO SPEAK. ‘The speaker for the Howard Univer- sity religious services tomorrow will be Joseph B. Matthews, professor of Old ‘Testament in the Howard University School of Religion. Prof. Matthews is a graduate of Asbury College and Union Theological Seminary and has pursued graduate work at Drew, Columbia University and the University of Vienna. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and a member of the American Academy of Political and Social Sciences.
