DODSON, TAX ATTORNEY, DIES Treasury Department Counsel -Suc- cumbs in Hospital After Short Illness. Robert Howard Dodson, 46 years old, attorney in the income tax division, United States Treasury Department, died in Garfleld Hospital yesterday after a short iliness. Born in Cincinnati, Mr. Dodson re- ceived his early education in schools of that city and in Chicago High schools. Later he was graduated from George- town University Law School. Mr. Dodson was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution, the Ohio Society of Washington, the Fed- eral Bar Association and the Masonic fraternity. belonging to La Fayette Lodge, No. 19, F. A. A, M. He also was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. He had resided in this city since 1910. in recent years' making his home in the Roydon Apartments, 1619 R street.
