Earnings of this company in 1927 were equal to $6.35 a share on the 1,905,223 no par common, and, according to President Tidd, pres- cnt indications point toward a more prosperous year in 1928. Blackstone Valley Gas. Electric Bond & Share and Middlewest Utilities were in de- mand at higher levels. It was learned today that the Brock- way Motor Truck Corporation had ar- ranged a consolidation with the Indiana Truck Co.
