Page Milburn, 71 years old, former president of the Baltimore Con- | ference of the Methodist Episcopal Church and former pastor of three local churches, died at his residence in the Falkstone Courts Apartments yester- day. He had been in failing health several years. Dr. Milburn's last assignment was at the Woodside Methodist Episcopal Church and he had made his home in this city since retiring from active service in the ministry in 1917. Prior to then he had filled the pulpits at the North Capitol and Union Methodist Episcopal Churches bere. Besides his assignments in this city he had charges in Baltimore and Prederick. Dr. Milburn was at one time presi- | dent of Kee Mar College, at Hagertown, | Md., and was professor of biblical | studies at West Virginia Wesleyan ' College. Wrote Methodist History. A frequent contributor to church periodicals and other publicaticns, the minister was especially known for his work of writing a_history of the Mecth- | odist Episcopal Church South, which appears in volumes compiled under the direction of the late Bishop Hurst, under the title of “The History of Methodism.” He is survived by his widow.
