- L SOVIET USES RADIO FOR PROPAGANDA Unrestricted Broadcast Is Sought at Geneva Parley scientific progress Russia has made, both in radio and aviation, and as I watched the Russians, fencing adroit- Iy with the other delegates, I realized that Russia undoubtedly will be the focus of most of the important air adjustments in Europe for a long time to come. Personally, 1 have hopes for better international behavior on the part of Russla, in spite of its fantastic po: litical obsessions. While Russia has notable scientific achievement of her own, she has been alert in adapting the discoveries and inventions of other count own uses.
