RECREATION HOME GIVEN T0 COUNCIL Nye Memorial Presented to Jewish Women for Use [F98 as Center. | A three-story building, to be used as * & religious study and recreation home, was presented to the District of Co- lumbia section of the National C‘ouncil of Jewish Women at a meeting of 700 members in the Jewish Community Center yesterday afternoon. The home, to be known as the Juanita Kaufman Nye Memorial Home, was formally presented to the council by Joseph E. Kaufman on be half of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. J. | Kaufman, as a memorial to their | daughter, the late Mrs. Nye. The building is located at 609 Sixth street southwest. | Mrs, Nye was a worker in the Nefghborhood House in the Southwest section for more than 10 years.
