He had been ill a week. A life-long resident of Washington, Mr. Leonhardt conducted the electri- cal business bearing his name st 1108 New York avenue for about 35 years. He was president of the council of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Eighth and B streets southwest, and was active in church work.
