ZONING CHANGES T0 BE CONSIDERED Elght Proposals Wil Taken Up at Hearing n November 24. Eight proposed changes in zoning will be considered by the Zoning Oommission at a public hearing in the board room of the District Build- ing November 24, it was announced vesterday by Capt. H. C. Whitehurst, assistant engineer commissioner. ! Four of the petitions for a rezoning will be considered at a morning ses sion starting at 10 o'ciock and the remainder at an afternoon scheduled to begin at 1:30.
