NEW YORK, October 19 (A.— Tuneful melodies from 15,000 throats announced the arrival of the Ham- burg-American liner Albert Ballin yesterday. In addition to her 1,182 passengers she carried, 15,000 song birds. Among the birds were 2,000 of great rarity owned by J. E. Edwards of 1os Angeles.
