The appeal was addressed to the New York Yatch Club, under whose auspices the race was sailed in Long Island Sound, but if it is not grant- ed it_is probable the International Star ht Racing Association will hold the race over on Saturday. The fifth and what was to have the final race, is scheduled today. Only Three Start Race.
