THE SUNDAY STAR, WASHINGTON, D. C, MAY 2, 1926—PART 1. in district 7, transterring Arkansas to district 5 and adding New Mexico. District 10 would include the former States in district 12, transferring Kansas and Nebraska to district S. District 11 would include the Btates of Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Wash- ington, and district 12 the States of Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah. It would be advisable for every lone Scout and every grand councllor to write to his council chief, express- ing an opinion regarding _these changes. The changes, if adopted, will go Into effect January 1, 1927, after the council chief election. Too great emphasis cannot be placed on this writing to council chiefs, for these are very important and drastic changes. The council chiefs vote the way their “people” want them to. Le BOY SCOUTS.
