CLARENDON, Va., March 5.—The School Board of Arlington County in- augurated a new system of taking care of its indebtedness when it sold to the Peoples Stute Bank of Cherry- dale School Board notes aggregating $165.000 at public auction yesterday at the courthouse. School Board has borrowed money from varlous banks on the current levy, paying 6 per cent interest. Under this new system and the sale of the notes yesterday-the board saves Heretofore the : one-half per cent interest lnd be- sides .gets a premium of $3.455.
