NEW YORK, September 21.—A further deciine in Florida Western and Northern bonds today betokened the bond market'’s waning interest in the Klorida real estate boom, which had caused so much excite- ment last week. Prices were firm, but there was no activity. Somewhat higher rates for call mon- ey were disregarded. Attention to French Debts. Fore ts of the French debt refund- ing plan, which is to be proposed by the commission now on its way, re- celved siderable attention, but hardiy_counted in the market of the day. Buying continued in New York Raliway income bonds, which, around 30, were up 3 points from where primary day.
