Justice Siddons in Equity Court to- day signed an order adjudging Wil- liam W. Kimball, divorced husband of Mary Alma Kimball, in contempt of court for not paying arrears of ali- mony and fixed his sentence at 90 days in jail. Kimball will be allowed until August 15 to pay $75.00 on ac- count of the arrears complained of by the wife.
